Arc Board meetings

The Board of Directors meet at The Arc of Whatcom County office from 8:30-10:30 am, the first Thursday of each month, except July.

Whatcom County Developmental Disabilities Board (DD Board)

The County DD Advisory Board meets the fourth Monday each month at St. Lukes Health Education Center (3333 Squalicum Parkway) The Board meets from 4:30-6pm. The Board traditionally does not meet in August and December.

Self Advocates in Leadership (SAIL)

A Coalition of the Self-Advocacy Initiative Project of The Arc of Washington State. Meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1pm-4pm, at La Quinta Inn SeaTac Airport.

Medicaid Personal Care (MPC) Parent/Provider Training

This workshop fulfills your required six-hour training as a Medicaid Personal Care Provider. Trainings are held from 9am-3pm on the dates listed.

Whatcom Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC)

Advisory Board meetings are held at the Opportunity Council Board Room (1111 Cornwall Ave, Suite A, Bellingham).
Parent/Membership meetings are held at The Arc office.
At Large meetings are held from 12-1:30 pm at Garden Street Family Center (1231 N. Garden St., Bellingham). Child care is available on site for At Large meetings. For more information, contact the Opportunity Council at (360) 734-5121 ext. 229.

Advocacy Day

A program of the Advocacy Partnership Project of The Arc of Washington State. Advocacy Day meets in Olympia from 10am-3pm, Wednesdays, during the legislative session only.

Down syndrome Outreach (DSO) Advisory Committee and Events
