The logo shows a bright yellow bus reading Parent Coalition bouncing over gentle green hills toward a shining sun. The bus driver represents the Arc of Whatcom County, who is helping guide the members of the Parent Coalition toward their Goal: Improved lifestyle for persons with develpmental disabilities.

The "people on the bus" represent the groups that make up the Parent Coalition: the Autism Society, People First, United Cerebal Palsy, Down Syndrome Outreach, and Parent to Parent.

The road the bus is taking travels through Parent Stipends, Workshops, IEP Representation, and Legislative Advocacy. And the fuel that makes the whole thing go is county funds.
